Regardless of the mobile patrol package that you choose, we will alert you to any suspicious activity, and contact the police. Our officers are assisted by the 24/7 Pro-tek support centre, which acts as a single point of contact in emergency cases.
Mobile Patrol Security Services:
We tailor a solution that meets your needs – depending on the number of checks required and your budget. At the very least, our standard packages include two visits per night (between six pm and six am). Our officers check the site has been properly secured by departing staff, and then later return to look out for suspicious activity.
Regardless of the mobile patrol package that you choose, we will alert you to any suspicious activity, and contact the police. Our officers are assisted by the 24/7 Pro-tek support centre, which acts as a single point of contact in emergency cases.
Standard:
The security guard will physically check the outside of your building, including doors, gates, windows, fence lines and equipment.
Hybrid:
We check the exterior of your premises and spend more time on the site by checking the inside of the building too (without going inside).
Ultimate:
This is the highest level of mobile patrol, covering the external and internal checks. The guard is able to check all internal areas that aren’t visible from outside, by unlocking the building and entering.
Devices that help us to protect your site:
In all cases, we place electronic tags strategically around your property to track the movements of our security patrols team, and to prove that we’ve successfully completed a session. Our support centre monitors all activity.
TouchProbe System: this nifty piece of hardware collects data that has been scanned into ibuttons that are placed at checkpoints throughout your site. The wand emits a flash and tone when there’s been a successful scan. Our support centre downloads data from this wand to check the time and locations of every patrol.
